By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. All sales are final

We don't offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or any similar reason, so please check the size chart before you order.

2. Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll put it right. Under the Consumer Protection Act, you may return defective goods within six months, and we will repair, replace or refund the item, whichever you choose.

Email hello@weartheword.co.za within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we'll sort it out quickly.

3. Before you order

Because we don't accept change-of-mind returns, please compare the size chart on the product page with a garment you already own and like the fit of. Stuck between two sizes? Email hello@weartheword.co.za and we'll help you choose.

4. Refund timing for approved claims

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 3 to 5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
