Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 1 August 2026

1. Shipping Option

We currently offer one shipping option: Standard shipping.

Standard shipping takes approximately 8-10 business days from the date your order is mailed.

2. Processing and Mailing

Orders are processed and mailed as soon as possible after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been mailed.

3. Unforeseen Delays

Please allow up to an additional 4 working days for unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, including natural disasters, courier delays, severe weather, strikes, system outages, or other major disruptions.

4. Refunds for Delayed Orders

If your order has not been mailed after the standard shipping period and the additional 4 working day allowance has passed, you may request a refund, provided the order has not yet been mailed.

5. International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Re-shipping costs may apply for incorrect addresses.
