Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 1 August 2026 (Amended 25th September 2026 by the addition of clause 1c and the amendment of clause 4)

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Shipping Option

a) We currently offer one shipping option: Standard shipping.

b) For orders placed on or before the 25th of September 2026:
Dispatch takes approximately 8-10 business days with approximately 1-4 days for delivery (by Aramex, a 3rd party subject to their times) to major urban and outlying areas.

c) For orders placed on or after the 26th of September 2026:
Dispatch takes approximately 4-7 business days with approximately 1-4 days for delivery (by Aramex, a 3rd party subject to their times) to major urban and outlying areas.

2. Processing and Mailing

Orders are processed and mailed as soon as possible after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been mailed.

Orders are shipped via Aramex.

4. Incorrect or Missing Details

Any failed deliveries as a result of incorrect details or lack thereof, e.g. not providing a contact number to coordinate delivery is not the liability of WearTheWord.

5. International Shipping

Shipping is only available to South Africa.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Re-shipping costs may apply for incorrect addresses.
